Be responsible for alignment of IT strategy and architecture with company's business goals. You will work with and be responsible for our solutions architect(s) and developers to provide a consensus based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever-changing business needs.
• Be a team member of our existing One Solution team and as internal IS consultant within the Division
• Be responsible for the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of applications and platforms
• Close cooperation with the Program Manager and other members of the IS/IT organization
• Estimation of solutions and technical design
• Cooperation with the developers within One Solution, internal and external
What we are looking for
We believe you have 3-5 years' experience as an Enterprise Architect within a consultant company or IT/IS department within a larger company. This has given you experience from ERP, CRM and e-solutions implementations and development. Your technical skills in Microsoft environment are excellent. You also have good knowledge of business processes in relation to Sales, Service and Supply Chain. Writing technical specifications is a part of your work today and you are used to working in projects.
Since the work will be performed in an international environment we think that you have previous experience from working in global environments as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Your personal qualities
This position requires a strong business understanding as well as a positive customer service attitude. You have quality thinking on deliveries and good analysis/decision making skills. Stressful situations will appear and you need to be able to handle them.
