hela Sverige Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training. The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers. Entry Point North is based at Malmö Airport, Sweden, with customers and students all over Europe.

Entry Point North is looking for two new Training Specialists who are ready to take-off with us!
Job description
As a Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your main responsibilities will be to supervise, manage and deliver ATC training at our premises and abroad. This includes:
• Teaching and instructing students.
• Production and development of teaching material.
• Follow-up of student performance.
• Managing the group of instructors connected to the course.
The position is permanent starting January 2012. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement ?Kommunikation? between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
Qualifications
We are looking for an open-minded colleague with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in education. You have a flexible mind-set and have no problems adapting to quick changes. As a person you are structured and like to organise and take responsibility for things that need to be done. You like to work in a team but are also comfortable to work independently.
We are now looking for two ATCO?s, one with ADI and APS rating and one specialised in Human Factors. You need to have at least 3 years of operational experience as an Air Traffic Controller and you have had operational duties within the last 2 years. Any teaching experience is considered a benefit.
Our working environment is international therefore you need to be fluent in English, both orally and in writing. The role requires a common knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. A large amount of travel time can come with this position.
