To strengthen and secure our sustainability focus, we need you to join our sustainability team in Malmö in a new position as a Sustainability Associate. We can offer you challenging and varying tasks in a company with bright and driven colleagues. You will naturally have the opportunity to pursue a career with us, and we believe you have at least 1-2 years of experience, we will initially need you to;
Independently lead sustainability projects of a smaller nature
Contribute to sustainability projects of a larger nature
Assist in sustainability reporting
Contribute to the implementation of the sustainability strategy and objectives
Conduct assessments/research/intelligence regarding sustainability
Support and co-operate with colleagues at group level and country level
Be part of building and continuously developing the work processes regarding sustainability
Our team is a high performing one, where you will work with strategic as well as operational and technical sustainability issues. The position is new in our organization, based in our HQ in Malmö and you will work closely with both management on group and country level as well as external stakeholders. We can offer you both challenging and varying tasks in a company with bright and driven colleagues.
To fit with us and to succeed in the role we believe you have strong people skills, where you enjoy networking with both internal and external parties. People like you and you like people. You are a result-oriented and structured person who can prioritize between different assignments and tasks.
In order to succeed in this position and since you will have a lot of different relations across Heimstaden; you need a strong integrity as well as the ability to dare to challenge. Above this you are a communicative person and always have the WE before ME mentality.
