We use Arduino products as a central driver for these efforts in order to develop and explore their current and future applications. Additional development and education is conducted through workshops, events, and lectures in local and international capacities.
Arduino Verkstad AB, the Swedish branch of Arduino SA, the open source hardware company, is looking for a Project administrator.
Your tasks will include:
• Communication and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Internal planning, scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• General administration - time-reporting and HR management, insurance, and Sweden-specific admin issues.
• Handling shipments and material logistics.
Arduino Verkstad AB is working with different projects, from small-scale workshops to large-scale EU projects, and therefore we are looking for a dynamic person. You should enjoy balancing many different tasks and roles as well as delegating tasks and keeping track of the work being done. We are looking for a flexible, driven, communicative, articulate, problem-solver. Knowledge in electronics, HW/SW development or interaction design is a merit.
Arduino SA is a small multinational company with offices in 5 countries. You should be ready to collaborate in projects with members of the other Arduino branches. Therefore we are looking forward to get applications from candidates with outgoing and professional personalities.
Arduino Verkstad is a multilingual company which means that you need to be fluent in English, and since you will be responsible for interacting with swedish agencies, proficiency in swedish is required.
