In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside other functions such as security and cyber crime specialists, data scientists, engineers, and product owners on a large variety of critical deliveries servicing many bank products on a global level.
• In this role you will be responsible for creating solutions for ongoing initiatives, as well as making sure the current architecture is well documented. You will lead solutioning within the Identity and Access management ART, in collaboration with the development team, product owners and business stakeholders. You will oversee architecture governance of initiatives in collaboration with the domain architect.
What is needed in this role:
• A solution-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a genuine interest for innovation and Cloud technologies.
• Active participation in cross-functional communication, a customer-centric mindset, and engagement in making others understand complex problems.
• Demonstrated experience of designing, building, and delivering solutions and products as well as team-play in agile development environments.
• Experience from solution architecture and governance in a complex IT environment.
• Understanding of concepts of Information security and personal data protection to ensure complete compliance in Swedbank IT environments.
• In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts and technologies such as Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, etc.
• Knowledge/experience of any IGA (identity governance and administration) system.
• Knowledge and experience with IAM technologies/protocols/platforms/concepts such as federated identities, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft directory services, Kerberos, SAML, RBAC, PBAC, etc. as well as knowledge of cryptography such as certificate management, PKI, FIDO is also a requirement.
• Practical experience in the following areas is considered meriting:
• any privileged access management system (PAM)
• identity lifecycle management and its integration with HR processes
• any architecture framework such as TOGAF
• architecture modelling with either UML or ArchiMate
