• Experience in butchery
• Experience in charcuterie
• A developed sence of flavour and mixology
• A happy spirit
• Fluent in english. Other language skills are premiered.
We're looking for you, who would enjoy spending the summers in the Stockholm archipelago, to be a part of developing our future plans and projects at Finnhamn.
You would work as a chef in and be a part of developing the menu and beverages. You would also be a part of developing the future plans and projects of Finnhamn. You're expected to live on the island and work 5 days a week full time with possible over time. We're an international team and english is the primary language used.
Finnhamn is a nature reserve in the Stockholm archipelago. Finnhamn has a hostel, kiosk, shop and restaurant, run by Michael and Katarina Vinell under Finnhamns Arkipelag AB. The company is run with a big heart and passion for the archipelago, food and beverages.
