• Managing L2 team and co-ordinate between various line teams across global locations like India and Poland.
• Creating monthly KPI reports for application support and operation.
• Managing application and tech support issues. Good understanding of release and deployment process for Windows and Linux environments.
• Support in managing operation team like SaaS solution. Run and co-ordinate web service integration process with region/platform.
• Work closely and co-ordinate with the other teams for the pre-sales and release process.
• Managing customer expectation and evolve constantly to improved customer service.
It will also include extensive travelling across EMEA and occasionally outside this area.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in development of applications using JAVA technologies.
• You have experience of working in a multicultural team and an international environment. A significant experience in electronic access control or integrated security solutions market is preferred.
• You have good understanding of deployment in Windows and Linux environments.
• Good communication skills are required with the ability to provide technical training and experience in creating training material.
• Good team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment.
• Very strong Analytical Skills and the ability to determine the important details from the vast information.
