We are now looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our global team. As an Application Support Analyst you will provide excellent service and support to our customers in their use of our own software Novacura Flow (
https://www.novacura.com/sv/novacura-flow/).In this position you will beat the heart of thingsand work closely with our customers as well as our own consulting and R&D organization. You will play an important role in creating business value for the customer and contributing to their success.
You will be part of Novacura's global Customer Management & Support team and report to Novacura's Support Director.

Required qualifications and skills
• You have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics and/or Business Administration, or equivalent.
• You're solution-oriented with a passion for technology, business processes and customer experiences.
• You have good analytical skills combined with excellent social and communication skills that allow you to build trust and foster close relationships with our customers.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find solutions as well as suggesting enhancements to improve their processes.
• You're curious and eager to learn, take a proactive approach and able to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
• You're fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Good-to-haves
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience with IFS Applications and/or SQL.
