Your role
You will be a part of an agile team where you have great opportunities to influence solution, processes and working methods. The CRM service management team (CRM, Customer Relationship Management) is a cross functional team that has end-to-end responsibility and strives for an optimized way of working
for continued improvements in our service delivery.
As a CRM application specialist and business analyst, you will have an important role in both application management and development of the Saab CRM solution. The role includes business analysis, application configuration, test and release as well as access management, specifications, application support and system administration of Saab CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI, that is used across all Saab's business areas and countries.
The role will work across the business to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements to deliver an enhanced CRM solution and outcomes to the business. It will also be key in support the Saab market unit in communicating with business areas and will require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive change and improvement initiatives.
Based on your skills, you will be involved in IT projects for the introduction of new functions and parts of the solution, as well as the support and service management team with the task of ensuring that the application runs with maintained system and information security.

Required skills and experiences to be successful in this role:
* strong technical understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud & on premise) or similar CRM applications.
* excellent communication skills in speaking and writing (Swedish and English).
* proven experience in a business analyst role.
* strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* good understanding of functions, tools and processes in an IT organization.
Non-mandatory skills or experiences:
* experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira.
* agile ways of working in project and teams.
* experience working within a service and application support team.
* experience with software development, deployment, test and release management.
* basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure.
* fundamental understanding and awareness of information security and how this is applied in operational environments.
