hela Sverige Sandvik IT Services is the Sandvik Group's internal company with responsibility for infrastructure, application development and systems management in the IT area. We are now looking for an Application Management (AM) Coordinator for our system area M3 (Movex/Java).
Key performance areas
As AM Coordinator you will deliver application management according to Sandvik IT Services' AM Concept. Your main responsibilities include:
• Leading, coordinating and supporting staff in application management assignments
• Bearing responsibility for integrating new maintenance objects into AM according to the handover process
• Bearing overall responsibility for working according to the AM processes e.g. incident, problem and change management
• Following up and reporting to customers
• Internal follow-up and reporting within the AM concept
• Coordinating with partners
Your profile
The preferred educational background is an academic degree in IT or equivalent and experience from relevant operations. Experience from application management and knowledge of Sandvik's IT organization is an advantage. The successful candidate will possess broad expertise in application management concepts and experience from working with planning, organization and follow-up.
As a person you are customer service orientated with strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent language skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, are consequently required.
