To secure the maintenance of our IT solution in the productions environment we are looking for an Application Maintenance Lead (AM Lead) to take on the overall responsibility for AM deliveries within the functional area Supply Chain.
Our functional area is participating in a global Supply Chain program that includes new application platform for H&M sales, logistic and financial processes. As AM Lead you will work close towards all other functional areas within the program; warehouse, store, merchandising, finance & accounting and master data.
Working as AM Lead at H&M is taking on a great responsibility and also great fun! You will be a part of a team that works in the middle of H&M supply chain; cross channels (Store & Online) and cross brands (H&M, COS, Monki, Weekday, Stories, ARKET, etc). We are participating in all major new initiatives related to supply chain within the company. Our team consists of 30+ people; employees, local consultants and offshore resources.

Your responsibilities
As AM Lead you will be responsible for the application maintenance (production support) for our functional area. This means that you, daily, will manage an offshore team administrated by a manage service contract.
The service will continue to grow due to the expansion/transition and scope increase of new projects. It will be your responsibility to constantly work with development of the service, strategically and operationally.
You will work close with our Business Support Responsible that has contact with all local country Business Super Users. You will also work close with our Application Solution Responsible that is responsible for all application development, to improve working relationship between AD and AM and knowledge transfer process between AD/Projects and AM.
As AM Lead your focus is on improving the service and relationship with business and AD.

• Knowledge in SAP ECC, MM and SD
• Experience working with application maintenance in a large company
• Knowledge within the logistics area
• Leadership experience
• Experience working with offshore partner / service
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
