We can offer you the possibility to challenge your experience and develop yourself further as an SAP expert.
As an Application Expert in the functional area Flow Store you will be an important member in our team that constantly is advancing the position of the solution. The work includes AM, AD Rollout and development of our POS solution.
You will be responsible for design, functional requirements and configurations in our SAP solution. And in order to succeed in this responsibility we believe you are customer oriented with a great understanding for business. In this role your knowledge within SAP will be of high importantance.
The Flow Store area is a part of the Sales Store Division that focuses on IT in our Stores. A central key in this is our SAP solution where you will be focusing on the link between SAP to our tills and POS systems, which will give you the insight and understanding of our POS solution.
H&M is an exciting place for an IT career! We open up at least one new store every weekday somewhere around the globe at the same time as we're expanding online. This requires a lot from our IT-solutions with fun challenges along the way! As an Application Expert at H&M you will be a part of an exciting journey where we are implementing SAP worldwide, both within online and store.
Your responsibilities
The job of an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Analyze requirements, provide functional solutions and documentation to business
• Utilize your knowledge and experience in the daily work that contains many integrations
• Conduct all parts of the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, test and deployments
• Ensure Way of working and best practice
• Clearly communicate and document the solution
• Deliver on time with great quality
• Handle risk and incidents
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• More than 5 years' experience of design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP
• Experience from Inbound and Outbound integrations SAP
• Thorough understanding of technical components and development in SAP
• Experience from large global organizations
• Good communicational skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
• Leadership experience from implementation projects
