As Application Expert you will have the expert knowledge in one of our SAP solutions, you will coordinate functional requirements and proactively improve system solutions and business processes. You will be a part of the functional project team within the area Sales Merchandising. An area that is responsible for delivering IT services and applications that supports our global business with sales data, that is being utilized by several online and store business functions, for all H&M brands. You will be responsible for design, functional requirements and configurations.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are versatile and like taking on different roles within a team. You have a deep technical knowledge in SAP, preferably within retail and logistics. You have an understanding for business processes in ERP systems, preferable sales data driven processes.

Your responsibilities
The job as an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Drive requirement analysis. Participate in requirement meetings to define and document the complete scope
• Provide functional and integration solution proposals and documentation in SAP POS-DM and SAP CAR
• System configuration
• Ensure a qualitative and stable delivery of your solution area.
• Provide input and support to development-, test- and application maintenance teams
• Provide software expertise and system analysis
• Plan, drive and coordinate roll-out activities with business and IT stakeholders

And your skills include:
• More than 5 years' experience of design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC or data modeling in SAP BW
• Rollout of a global SAP template
• Experience from master data setup in SAP ECC or other ERP system
• Inbound and outbound integration, preferably from POS to backend
• Understanding of the architectural concepts and technical components in SAP
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions
• Good communication skills in English
It's a merit if you have knowledge in SAP ECC for Retail, POS DM, SAP CAR or ABAP Development. Experience from handling large volumes of sales transactions from different sales channels is a plus.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
