Application Engineers - Additive Manufacturing

We are looking for you who wants to work with advanced industrial metal 3D-printers in an international environment with some of the biggest and most exciting customers in the aerospace and orthopaedic industry.
As an application engineer your main responsibility is to make sure our important customers get the most value out of our products. This means being Arcam's expert in using our products, establishing best practice and identify suitable applications for customers. As application engineer you support our customers from their first product idea to fully implemented manufacturing solution.
You will be supporting our customers with advanced technical support and thorough root cause analysis. Many of our customers are now moving from pre-production into production and as an application engineer you will support them throughout the validation process. You will also work close to the sales team as a technical sales support. The role also includes training sessions for our customers.
To qualify for this position, we believe you have a solid technical background with a Master of science in Engineering. Experience from aerospace or orthopedic industry is an advantage as well as experience from quality assurance and product validation. You are proficient in English, both written and verbally and comfortable with customer contacts. As a person you are analytical, outgoing and have a business oriented mind set.
