hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Bentley Systems Sweden Aktiebolag i Stockholm We are now seeking to recruit a full-time Application Engineer for the Transportation & Local Infrastructure (TLI) industry. The Application Engineer is responsible for working as part of a team to support TLI-focused sales engagements. The Application Engineer will work closely with the account managers and the potential customer to understand their business needs and workflow challenges.
The Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting all pre-sales activities such as, presentations, product demonstrations and proposal creation.
This position will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
• Presents, as part of a sales team, benefit oriented, feature specific (for a specific prospect) demonstrations that promote Bentley's suite of software applications. May assist in closing the sales opportunity.
• Works with other sales team members in benchmarking, i.e. applying a user's designs and technical requirements to demonstrate a good fit and improved time/performance with the Bentley software.
• Performs software product training activities for Value Added Resellers (VARs). Responsible for the reseller technical development within the region, presenting workshops and or seminars as required.
• Prepares timely responses to prospects.
• Develops and prepares for presale product demonstrations to sales prospects.
• Works with product development groups to refine product development plans based on user input.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Technical or engineering related bachelor degree.
• Experience in civil, municipal or utilities engineering is a benefit.
• IT skills: Experience with a CAD, GIS or engineering design solution is a benefit. Work experience with document and information management solutions is also beneficial.
• Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills.
• PC literacy with the appropriate MS Office software applications.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate the Bentley Software suite of software product line.
• Fluent in English and Swedish is required. Finnish would be beneficial.
