We are growing and are now recruiting passionate and talented consultants with a few years' experience who are ready to take the next step. We think that you are either a technologically skilled person interested in Real Estate or you are a person with a high degree of knowledge within Real Estate, Lease Management or Facility Management and has an interest in technology.
Whatever your preferences are, you'll have the opportunity to take on big challenges, creating simple solutions to complex problems.
What you will do:
Work in teams with clients to understand how our product can support their business in the best way
Design and implement functionality together with developers
Be the Real Estate,Lease Management or Facility Management expert in the organization
Mentor and lead consultants with less experience than yourself
You are someone who has a keen grasp of the principles of software development and can quickly apply that to various challenges the client has. You also understand the legal and process related issues a client can have regarding Real Estate and Lease Management
We are looking for candidates from all backgrounds who meet the following criteria:
• Demonstrated history of achievement in software implementation projects
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Eager to continuously embrace new challenges and always interested in learning new things
• Authorized to work in Sweden
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 3.4 days a week periodically
• English and preferably Swedish
And:
1-5 years of experience and documented skills in software development
Work experience or education in Facility Management and/or Real Estate and Lease Management
Or:
1-5 years of experience and documented skills in Facility management and/or Real Estate and Lease Management
Work experience or education in software development
