The Volvo Group International Internship Program is an exclusive concept where we invite you, as a student at one of our Preferred Talent Partner universities, to apply for an international internship within the Volvo Group. We are looking for an intern to help us shape a new future, the future of sustainable transport solutions. This calls for an extraordinary person, not only in terms of academic results, but also in terms of innovative thinking and social and communicative skills. Energy, creativity and the will to share your experiences with a team are essential to a successful internship with us. This unique internship opportunity will run for 2-6 months and alternative locations are Sweden, France, India or the USA.
Internship within the Management Consultant area:
Working with management consulting within the Volvo Group means working together with top management globally across the different truck divisions and business areas on a range of projects including strategy assignments and large transformation programs with different functions. As a Management Consultant intern you will gain an understanding how management consulting is driven its business in a big group as the Volvo Group. Besides that you will participate in a project group in a junior role and actively contribute and support the project members with both internal development projects and processes. This assignment we offer is located in Sweden. Are you up for the challenge?
To become a Volvo Group International Intern you should meet the following criteria:
• You are a student in one of our nine Preferred Talent Partner universities:

INSA Lyon, France
Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden
Gothenburg University School of Business, Economics and Law, Sweden
NC State University, US
Penn State University, US
National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal India
• In Sweden, France and The U.S, you are in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor degree/1st year of master degree
• In China and India, you are 3rd year of a bachelor degree/1st year of master degree
• You have a strong grade point average
• You are proficient in English
• You are an engaged and open person, involved in community work and/or student networks.
• You are passionate about new experiences and teamwork
• You want to learn more about the Volvo Group, and share it with your fellow students.
• Evidence of leadership experience and/or community service
• Being team player with passion for new experiences.
