The Volvo Group International Internship Program is an exclusive concept where we invite you, as a student at one of our Preferred Talent Partner universities, to apply for an international internship within the Volvo Group. We are looking for an intern to help us shape a new future, the future of sustainable transport solutions. This calls for an extraordinary person, not only in terms of academic results, but also in terms of innovative thinking and social and communicative skills. Energy, creativity and the will to share your experiences with a team are essential to a successful internship with us. This unique internship opportunity will run for 2-6 months and alternative locations are Sweden, France, India, Japan or the USA.

Daily, our engineers work with sustainable production, supply chain and continuous improvement, process development, reducing fuel consumption/switching to renewable fuels, developing value-adding solutions and making transport solutions intelligent. We are now looking for your cooperation for our interesting technology projects. The assignments we offer are located in Sweden, France, Japan and the U.S.
Are you up for the challenge? You will find more information on the specific assignments in the engineering area when applying, for example supply chain/logistics, process development and modeling and simulation for engine development and Software development.
To become a Volvo Group International Intern you should meet the following criteria:
You are a student in one of our nine Preferred Talent Partner universities:

• INSA Lyon, France
• Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden
• Gothenburg University School of Business, Economics and Law, Sweden
• NC State University, US
• Penn State University, US
• National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal India
• Sophia University, Japan
In Sweden, France, Japan and The U.S, you are in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor degree/1st year of master degree
In China and India, you are 3rd year of a bachelor degree/1st year of master degree
You have a strong grade point average
You are proficient in English
You are an engaged and open person, involved in community work and/or student networks.
You are passionate about new experiences and teamwork
You want to learn more about the Volvo Group, and share it with your fellow students.
Evidence of leadership experience and/or community service
Being team player with passion for new experiences.
