Anti-Piracy Manager
We are hiring an Anti-Piracy Manager who will be responsible for all Anti-Piracy related activities on a local level in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will be based in the Warner office in Solna, Stockholm but be responsible for the local Anti-Piracy activities for both Warner and NBC Universal International pursuant to an Anti-Piracy cooperation agreement between the companies.
As the person responsible for Anti-Piracy activities you will focus on internet piracy, in particular; manage and report on the effectiveness of all Anti-Piracy activities, track trends on the Nordic piracy market and report on significant developments, keep up to date with relevant Nordic Anti-Piracy research, PR, public policy, technical and legal developments. Maintaining contact with the authorities and organizations to increase the Anti-Piracy activities are also included in the tasks.
You should have a university degree within business or technology, have advanced knowledge of internet protocols and IT systems as well as understanding of local law enforcement and the complexity of the problem regarding piracy of copyright protected material. You have excellent communication skills, are structured , analytic and effective. Ability to work under pressure and work independently are other skills that are required for the position. Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
