You will be working in very close collaboration with some of the best engineers in the industry, and we offer an environment with international colleagues, customers and end users. Your mission will be to contribute to the development and innovation of the Opera products on Android.

Are you a Software Engineer with experience in mobile app development or a newly graduate with a passion for Android development? We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic developer to join our Android team in Linköping. Opera for Android and Opera Mini, with their 250 million-plus users, were born and created in Sweden.

Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a keen interest in technology
Autonomous working style, with ability to take the initiative to improve systems, processes and yourself
Drive and commitment to work in a highly dynamic environment
Experience in modern Android development and a passion for quality
A good sense of usability with attention to detail and polish
Strong Java skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
