As an Analytics Engineer at Einride, you will build the data foundation for business intelligence to enable analytics across different business units and departments in the organization. Together with business analysts, data scientists and data engineers across the organization, you will design and implement metrics and features to enable internal reporting and analysis, as well as development of our analytics-driven products. You will be the go-to person for questions regarding dashboard design and data visualization. We are looking for someone with expertise in data modeling, SQL, cloud data warehouse solutions like BigQuery, and business intelligence tools like Looker.

Job description:
Understand data needs by interacting with stakeholders across the organization.
Design data models and build reliable pipelines together with our Data Engineers.
Design and implement metrics to enable analysis, assess business performance, and improve our analytics-driven products.
Support business analysts in design and development of dashboards.
Continuously evaluate analytics frameworks and business intelligence tools.
Requirements:
Strong skills in SQL and cloud data warehousing.
Solid experience in end-to-end development with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
Experience in schema design and dimensional data modeling.
Strong influence and relationship management skills.
Preferably experience in some ETL framework (e.g., dbt) and some programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
