Analytics Architect

Lynk & Co is seeking a global Analytics Architect.

As Analytics Architect, you will play an integral role part of the team responsible for building a data-driven architecture for the Lynk & Co global digital platform enabling advanced analytics, machine learning. The first focus is on creating digital commerce platform enabling customers to explore, configure, buy and own Lynk & Co cars and services.

You will be responsible to evangelize business opportunities in analytics and drive the whole Lynk & Co organization to become truly data-driven. You are also responsible, with a global team, to create a technical roadmap, architecture, functional requirements and non-functional requirements including SLA:s as well as complete service lifecycle management for the global analytics platform as well as developing and operationalizing global master data management.

The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes global responsibility hence will require occasional travel.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Create a data-driven organization that takes use of the opportunities within analytics technologies
- Have ownership of the global analytics platform
- Realize the vision and technical roadmap and data-driven architecture
- Drive global master data management work together with the Lynk & Co Enterprise Architect
- Lead release planning and testing processes for global products efficiently and effectively
- Secure SLA:s and service lifecycle management

Profile and Background

- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation as well as driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities.
- Tech-Savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience.
- Fluency in English - both oral and written.
- Ability to travel.
- Extensive experience of analytics solutions and implementations (preferably Microsoft BI based) in various technical and business mgmt. roles.
- Extensive experience of effective master data management.
- Extensive experience with omni-channel strategies and implementations.
