hela Sverige Bayer AB is now looking for a Analyst to strengthen our business unit Cardiovascular. This role will offer you a great opportunity to develop and take responsibility in a newly created position, reporting directly to Head of Cardiovascular Scandinavia.The analyst is a member of the commercial team and supporting marketing and sales functions with reporting, data analysis, and systems knowledge related to Salesforce, Veeva, Tableau and other related sales systems.This is a temporary position for initially six months with possible prolongation.MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide insight to cardiovascular leadership team, as well as sales & marketing teams in Scandinavia as it relates to sales reporting, dashboards, trend analytics, etc.Create customized reporting in order to facilitate follow up of business key performance indicatorsOptimization of promotional and operational efforts through analysis and prediction of sales trends in Scandinavian marketsAssessment of data available as well strategies to determine the best methods to drive market share and where to increase the company's effortsDevelop sales targets with the support of cardiovascular leadership teamProject management and additional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required in e.g Business/Economics or Computer ScienceMinimum 1-3 years sales systems or related experience within Business Intelligence and/or Business/Financial AnalysisUnderstanding of business and multi-channel marketing in pharma preferredExcellent data analysis and financial forecasting skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills in English and one Scandinavian languageExcellent systems knowledge skills (Salesforce, Tableau, Veeva, Excel)SKILLSWe expect that you have a thorough and accurate work approach with attention to details and an analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
