We aspire to be the end-to-end partner for companies to develop circular economy business solutions. Combining Stena Recycling's decades of hands-on experience with closing the loop of raw materials with market-leading experience in innovation and strategic solutions for a circular economy, Stena Circular Consulting has a unique position to accelerate the circular transition across the industry.
We are growing to meet the demand for circular economy consulting services
We are continuously looking for talented and driven professionals to join our growing team of consultants. As part of a diverse and dedicated team, you will work in the cutting-edge of sustainability innovation and strategy, using the variety of facets within the circular economy framework. You will work close to our customers in a project-based team environment to solve new, often complex challenges.
You will be entering an exponentially growing area of work at a very interesting inflexion point - where the imperative to shift business models and strategies to stay within planetary boundaries has never been clearer, but few solutions have yet been tried and tested. With few success cases to lean against, it takes creativity, rigor and resilience to find the best way forward for our clients. At the same time, the role offers the chance to grow together with the organization, as well as being part of one of the most fundamental transformations of industry in history.
Using your potential, you will:
Collaborate in coordinated teams and work effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Demonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Be comfortable dealing with complex business problems related to (for example) technology, marketing, operations, and the regulatory landscape
Communicate your ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Be a fast learner able to drop into previously unfamiliar areas of work and get up to speed quickly

We think you have proven experience in management consulting and/or a strong academic record combined with a willingness to learn and grow on the job. You are passionate about delivering work of outstanding quality and making a tangible impact for good.
Joining the team, you are expected to possess the following skills:
Experienced and effective user of the Office suite of programs.
Adequate mastery of English and Swedish in speech and writing
Demonstrable project management capability
Experienced or familiar with:
The management consulting toolbox
The basic theoretical frameworks of circular economy
