About the job We are looking for an Analyst to Capital Adequacy Analysis & Advice within CFO Office. The team is facing demanding challenges in the near future following changes in regulatory standards, called the Basel IV regulatory framework. A substantial part of the team's time and efforts will be allocated to the project preparing the bank for these future standards. If you enjoy and are inspired by quantitative tasks, analyzing complex problems and are motivated in investigating and increasing your knowledge within capital adequacy this might be the challenge for you!

The responsibilities include providing analyses and advice within the capital adequacy area to the team's various stakeholders, including the bank's senior management and business areas, analyzing the impact of new regulatory requirements and supporting the bank's advocacy activities towards regulators and supervisors. The staff has different experiences including quantitative, IT and financial backgrounds.

What you need to succeed A university degree in science, finance or IT;
Strong analytical skills;
Programming experience (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, C++, Java, Matlab); and
Experience in financial products and/or relevant IT infrastructure is considered an advantage.
The upcoming changes in the capital adequacy regulations create a unique possibility to take part in building an improved environment for the bank's capital adequacy capabilities. Your responsibilities will include in-depth analysis, complex problem solving and giving proactive advice covering capital requirements for market risk, counterparty credit risk and/or credit valuation adjustment (CVA) risk. You will work closely with other members in the team, the bank's business areas, as well as other group and control functions. It will require strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as the ability to contribute and coordinate many stakeholders and driving your ideas and solutions throughout the value chain.

Possibly you work with or have experience in trading, valuation of financial instruments or within market and counterparty credit risk, either from a business or IT perspective, and wish to expand your expertise in capital adequacy.
