The group Analysis & Verification Electrical Systems Architecture within Electrical System Design is responsible for testing of the complete electrical system. The group's mission is to carry out verification with a focus on testing in cars, different rig's (HIL, MIL) and boxcars mainly with respect to Vehicle Mode Management (VMM), Electric Distribution System (S-EDS) and the attribute area Electrical Performance (ELP). The Group consists of approximately 20 people and our responsibility extends across Research & Development and is also focused on the development of methods and tools.
We are now looking for an Analysis and Verification Engineer to join our team. As an Analysis and Verification Engineer you will work in a close cooperation with different stakeholders within Research & Development. The mission is carried out in cooperation with concept and function owners for affected systems and other testing groups for synergies. You will work together with our workshops and assist with the preparation of the test objects and also be responsible for reporting of testing and create issues and monitor errors found. The position can involve travelling during expeditions.
Main responsibilities
* Handle test plans and test cases
* Develop new verification methods in corporation with design and verification engineers
* Carry out tests
* Create reports and issue handling
Required qualifications
* B.Sc. degree in electrical/electronics or equivalent
* Driver 's license, B-level
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Experience in the automotive industry and its technologies like Flex Ray, CAN, LIN, MOST, etc. is meritorious
* Experience in the development and testing of software and electronics in vehicles is meritorious
