hela Sverige Are you looking for a challenge within financial crime prevention with focus on transaction monitoring and AML?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Specify business requirements to develop, test, analyse and maintain rules and models within Swedbanks transaction monitoring of the Nordic region
• Work, alongside AML investigators, AML specialists, risk analysts and developers from our BIO department
• Collaborate with other team members to develop AML segmentation models as well as machine learning / AI models for alert generation, validation, and prioritization (triage)
• Provide analytics for complex AML investigations
What is needed in this role:
• Experience within the field of AML and transaction monitoring
• Knowledge of the bank's products and business within the Nordic region
• Understanding of normal and deviant customer behaviour within retail banking
• Proficient in oral and written Swedish as well as English
• A relevant university degree within economics, statistics, or data science
• High degree of analytical capability with the skill to document core findings and recommended actions
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to work at site in Sundbyberg/Stockholm
