In 2006, we expanded our European operations to cover the Baltic and Nordic countries. We have currently 4 offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. Thanks to this growth, we are looking for researchers to join our team in Stockholm.
Function description
As a researcher and a member of an international consulting team, you will be specifically in charge of the development of the search strategy and process for these assignments, providing relevant support to the consultants for the development, execution and completion of each search:
• Draft Job Specifications and develop research strategy
• Lead research (definition of Target Company List, search internal and external databases, identify prospective candidates)
• Execute source and candidate approach calls
• Pre-screen and determine qualifications of candidates on the telephone
• As a liaison with clients and candidates, you contribute to co-ordination and administrative follow-up
Profile
• University degree
• No previous professional experience required, but a background in a similar position, or in a service driven environment involving extensive telephone work is considered a strong asset
• Proven capacity to communicate at high management level
• Dynamic, flexible, creative and proactive personality, with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Fluency in English, Swedish and French
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Windows)
