Authorised to: Decide when a procedure is required. Order charts for a
procedure. Determine the nature and details of the procedure.
Responsible to ensure that: Data that is entered in the airport
database is correct and complete. RPM revisions are correct and
complete. NOTAM are entered to the database correctly and completely.
RM, RPM and AIP* revisions are entered to the database correctly and
completely and correctly inserted in archive copies. Procedures are
flightworthy and correct according to applicable standards, rules and
regulations. Charts used as basis for procedures are complete.
Procedures are documented and archived for later reference in accordance
with described standards and requirements. Answer all incoming
correspondence. Duties: Analyse runway information and decide if a
procedure is required. Develop procedure and at the same time document the
work. Develop alternatives as required depending on customer needs and
aircraft type.
