• In charge of administrative work and office support
• Finance assistant, for four Scandinavian offices and three Baltic markets: reports and controls on accounts payable, accounts receivable, P&L statement, book keeping
• Budget planning and controlling, tax declarations, bank issues
• HR: employment issues, contact with migration agency and unions, recruiting
• In charge of airline's BSP agent ticketing control system
• Trouble shooting and other issues
This is a 6 months' internship with salary. Starting immediately.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Swedish, English and Chinese
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Bachelors Degree and/or related years of work experience required
• Good teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills a must
• Energy, courage , enthusiasm and responsible
• Work permit in Sweden
• Tourism Profession Certificate is a merit but not a must.
