We are searching for a Multinational Account Coordinator to support the Policy Servicing Operations team, based at our office in Stockholm. This is a temporary position.
The role will mainly be supporting the Swedish operation. Furthermore, the role reports directly to the Swedish Teamlead for Policy Servicing Operations and will be a key player of the Account Specialist Team as well as the local Policy Servicing Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities;
• Work closely with underwriters, relationship managers, broker and clients to deliver a timely and compliant multinational insurance program
• Analyze global program conditions and communicate to all stakeholders our local restrictions
• Communicate to relevant parties (internal & external) and meet service requirements on all allocated accounts as specified in Service Level Agreement
• Strong administration and analytical skills
Position Requirements;
The successful candidate thrives under the challenge of working in an ambiguous environment and can work without a lot of direction but still as part of a team. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (required).
• Strong Commercial Insurance background, preferably client servicing (broking or company background)
• Preferable experience of working with large and/or multinational corporations
• Knowledge of non conventional insurance programs including captive reinsurance beneficial
• IT packages; MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others to achieve a common goal; proven record of being a team player.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Good level of verbal and written English
