hela Sverige Are you interested in a challenging HR job in a dynamic and international setting? We are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join our Nordic HR department in Copenhagen. The position is a full time permanent position and based at our office in Copenhagen.

A challenging administrative position in a dynamic environment where you will be part of a Nordic HR team who is partnering all four Nordic countries as well as our regional office in London. You will be working together with skilled HR personnel and we offer a position where you will gain valuable experience working with HR on a Nordic as well as international level.
Position description
The position involves various tasks within HR with a focus towards administration and payroll on a Nordic level. You will be interacting with different stakeholders both internally and externally around the Nordics as well as the EMEA region with a focus towards:
• Contract management
• HR Data Management
• Supporting HR and business in process management
• Payroll coordination
• Communication
• Other relevant support to the Nordic HR team
Job requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management or equal
• 1-2 years? work experience in HR, more specific in HR administration/payroll administration, recruitment and other relevant HR tasks
• Basic knowledge in Swedish employment laws is also an advantage
• Fluent in English and preferable fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages is a requirement
• You are outgoing, structured and eager to take on new challenges
