We are searching for an Account Coordinator to the Broker Service Team within the Policy Servicing Operations team, based in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a temporary position.
The role will mainly be supporting AIG Sweden. Furthermore, the role reports directly to the Teamlead Policy Servicing Operations, Sweden and will be a team player working closely with brokers and underwriters as well as the local Policy Servicing Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities;
• Ensuring that all standards and service levels are regularly adhered to and achieved
• Customer service focus to establish good working relationship with brokers and underwriters
• Strong knowledge of insurance and underwriting concepts, practices and procedures
• Accept, declines or modifies new and renewal submissions according to compliance
• Good communication, analytical and administrational skills
• Work with procedures and archive documents according with compliance and audit requirements
• Underwriters assigned risks within authority
• Calculate premiums and taxes and book in to the system
Position Requirements;
The successful candidate thrives under the challenge of working in an ambiguous environment and can work without a lot of direction but still as part of a team. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (required).
• Knowledge from either insurance or broker side is a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Swedish
• Confidence and ability to work without a lot of directions
• Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Structural with reporting skills
• Confident in working with tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Performance driven, ability to develop underwriter skills through on-the-job training
• Quick learner and team player with ability to motivate others
