Titel: AIESEC Program Lead & SME Recruitment

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: On this combined role, the main objectives consist on:
• Manage and deliver the Global Partnership between Electrolux and AIESEC. Ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of the partnership as such and the AIESEC internship program.
• Support to the head of recruitment as a subject matter expert for Recruitment, by connecting the different regional organizations and their processes with the global system solution for recruitment at Electrolux. Most common tasks: SME
• Focus: Process expertise (regular contact with regions to understand reality and address process related questions) . Knowledge transfer (between regions, between HR and business, setting up training materials and utilizing platforms to share knowledge easily) Global alignment (coordinate enhancements and releases between regions to achieve a global standard that meet day-to-day activities in region in the most optimal way) . Documentation of process decisions, concepts, governance models related to process . Link between Electrolux way of working (process and org set up) and best practices in the industry AIESEC Program Lead
• Focus: A) Overall Partnership management within Electrolux: Learn about the company's business needs and identify opportunities in Electrolux where the partnership can contribute to business growth; . Develop, implement and maintain Strategic Exchange Based programs based on business needs; Development of communication tools of the partnership within the company; Run and develop employer branding strategies with AIESEC target group and externally; Increase internship quality experience and retention rate; . Run annually salary review with the support of the Global Reward and Recognition team for locations with interns; B) Liaise with AIESEC network: Being constantly updated on the developments in the organization; . Creating strong network within the organization; Building the Electrolux brand within the AIESEC network; C) Measurement and evaluation:
• Achievement of deliverables based on the agreement including: . Measuring and tracking the success of the partnership; Constant track and improvement of the delivery processes; Improvement of quality of internship experience: buddy program, feedback surveys.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• AIESEC Experience: MC or AI is required. International Experience (MC/CEED/International Internships or AIESEC Conferences) is required.
• Dedicated, persistent and service minded;
• Able and willing to meet tough deadlines;
• Interest to work in a global environment;
• Work experience in HR/TM is an added advantage;
• Project Management, Presentation skills, Communication Skills;
• Recruitment experience is an advantage.
• You are comfortable in an international, matrix organization
• You have a feel for business issues and empathy for customers
• You are an excellent communicator with data storytelling skills and creative in displaying data visually. You are able to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
