Description:
Now a day Food Industries are growing rapidly with an increasing demand of processed and pre cooked foods in local as well as in export markets. Punjab Foods Industry AB is one of the newly established food products industries which are dealing in different food items. It provides high quality rice both domestically and
throughout other European and Baltic States. The company is currently working to establish a large rice processing plant designed to polish rice. The final product is finished polished rice for domestic use and exporting.
Punjab Foods Industry AB require following job specialist.
Position Summary:
Food Science is the application of science that deals in selection, preservation, processing, packaging and distribution of safe, notorious and healthy food. Food technologist also plays an important role to create new recipes of the food items.
Punjab Foods Industry looking forward to hire the services of experienced food technologist. Food Technologist will be playing key role in the production of the food products and creation of new food recipes. Job description of food technologist would include:
To define and ensure the selection processes of food products.
To define and ensure the preservation processes of food products within the mill and during the handling of the food products.
To define and ensure the secure packaging procedures with related quality checks of the food products. To ensure the safe distribution of the food products from the mill. To constantly monitor and improve production and quality control processes in the mill. To be able to research to add more food verities in the company products. Essential skills and qualification:
At least one year of work experience in same or similar position. Good PC and communication skills with ability to train others. Highly motivated team player. Must be able to work independently.
