In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Contribute upon the vision for improving the future corporate customer experience of payment integration.
• Create and execute upon the product roadmap for customers and 3rd party integration services.
• Manage a wide range of stakeholders throughout the business and effectively communicate priorities to the team.
• Take responsibility for ensuring new products and deliveries and follow defined Swedbank product lifecycle practices.
• Present detailed requirements, product goals and timelines to the development team, and guide the team throughout planning and execution.
• Owning, prioritizing and manage team backlog, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
• In close cooperation with the Product Owner, team, stakeholders, and ART lead manage the expectations on deliveries.
What is needed in this role:
• A value driven mindset.
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills (including proficiency in English).
• Experience from working in an agile set-up with relevant agile methods.
• The ability to motivate yourself and others to consistently deliver high quality solutions to a key customer group.
• The desire to gain a deep understanding of the needs of corporate customers and be able to translate these needs into business requirements.
• Experience from Project management and/or Product development.
• Leadership qualities to engage and motivate a development team.
• Critical thinking and the ability to challenge others as long as the end goal is to deliver value to Swedbank customers.
