AFTER SALES SUPPORT This function is located at our head office in Vara.
We are looking for an experienced After sales person. You will be our contact person to our customers and distribute technical product support, training and warranties.
You will answer for
Customer support
Spare parts
Help desk
Training
Warranties
As a person you are cooperative and possess a positive attitude and good IT-skills.
Skills required: Experience in after sales area
Good reporting and communicating skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in English
Customer and service orientated
Personal attributes like flexibility and sound judgement
