Our team is searching for the next admin rockstar. We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of partnering with others to solve problems and gain operational efficiencies.
What You'll Contribute
• Assist in creation, management and maintenance of operational processes
• Strong focus on systems and reporting
• Constantly search for ways to increase efficiency of manual processes
• Coordinate vendor invoicing and payments
• Prepare financial and other operational reports for management
• Partner with internal stakeholders, across multiple business units, to support and guide Finance and Operational priorities, as well as resolve systems issues.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required.
What We're Seeking
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• An understanding of debet and credit.
• A positive can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates experience managing various projects simultaneously while tracking individual progress towards a goal.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Is ridiculously organized... like people make fun of you for how organized you are (we promise we will only love you more for it).
