The Production Training Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Production Manager with the tasks associated with training the production personnel. The person acting in this role is able to work on their own initiative and coordinate their work with the Production Handbooks and Training team and work in close cooperation with the overall Production Management team.
The person acting in this role has the following responsibility:
* Generating and updating training material for warehouse and Certifying Staff (Linköping and Ashburn, USA).
* Generating and updating training material for in-house manufacturing staff (Linköping).
* Generating and updating training material for other personnel within the Production. Organisation (Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics).
* Planning and coordinating the re-current training schedules for all production personnel
* Maintaining the training records for the production organisation.
* Assist in the administration of the training records/codes/roles in Workday.

You should be methodical, thorough and able to work on your own initiative.
You should have the ability to see the overall picture. For example, see and understand the importance of our authority approvals and their application across the Production Organisation.
You should be a team player, good at communication, responsive and be able to work and coordinate tasks with other functions.
You should be flexible and able to easily re-direct focus to adapt to variable work levels/content.
The person acting in this role shall have the following competences:
* Relevant education and/or work experience with authority requirements/approvals within Saab
* Well-developed communication skills
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Swedish
* Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Merit:
* Experience/knowledge about the EASA Part 21 subpart G and TFSF 2020:85 regulations
* Knowledge about the handbooks for the Production Organisation Approvals Part 21G.0011 & National Production Organisation Approval AUB 282
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
As the Production Training Specialist you will be a part of a highly committed Production Handbooks and Training team, focusing on the training required under the EASA Production Organisation Approvals Part 21G.0011 & National Production Organisation Approval AUB 282 for the Special Mission Aircraft modifications and our active fleet of Regional Aircraft.
The small team of people working within Production Handbooks and Training are part of the Section Production Management in the department Special Mission Aircraft and Regional Aircraft belonging to Business Unit Aviation Services, Aeronautics.
