We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Manager to join our team . The role will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to the Managing Director in Aker Solutions AB.



What will you be doing?

- The role will be overseeing the work environment and supporting our employees based in the Gothenburg office to ensure that we have an attractive work environment that inspire and engage our people, this includes both permanent employees and external consultants.
- Manage and maintain office, office policies, procedures and implement improvements where appropriate
- The person in this role will act as the administration backbone in Aker Solutions AB providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- He / she will be supporting the managers through the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees and external consultants
- He / she will support work towards stakeholders such as our local Trade Unions
- The role will work on accounting tasks and have responsibility for the budget and forecast in Aker Solutions AB
- He / she will interact with local suppliers which also includes execution of local frame agreements
- Coordinate internal and external company events and conferences
- Responsible for handling the company car fleet
- Troubleshoot issues and interface with IT- and security functions
- Maintain and update company databases and records

We think you should have:

- Minimum 5+ years work experience where previous manager experience is a merit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
- A can-do-spirit and positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to managing new tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A strong social and interpersonal drive and an ability to network and build relationships
