Publiceringsdatum2014-12-10Dina arbetsuppgifterThe manager will manage an agent offices and staffs in Sweden. The manager is responsible for day to-day management of the company tasks. Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for managing the agent offices in Sweden, staffs, and must be able to develop and maintain viable working relationship with other companies across the country, and be able to work with them in a responsible results and problem-solving mode.

Duties
• Oversee day to day implementation of agent activities, analyze and monitor progress and advice on timely corrective actions for proper management delivery.
• Ensure individual services outcomes are achieved and delivery is on schedule
• Prepare monthly reports on company status for management
• Prepare quarterly reports on implementation, the achievement of outputs as well as contribute to reporting on progress towards outcomes and impact for all company activities
• Oversee the development and work progress.
• Control general regulations of the money laundering system in Sweden and also in Europe
• Travel as needed within the country
Utbildning och erfarenhet• University degree in economics or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of money transfer services experience on a national or international
Scales
• Excellent command of spoken in English, Amharic and Somali languages
• Knowledge of Microsoft package and project management tools and software.
• Able to builds strong relationships with company clients, focuses on impact and result and responds positively to them.
• Must be a self starter, taking initiatives and consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
• Ability to operate within a challenging environment and under pressure
• Extensive knowledge of the east African culture highly desirable.
