hela Sverige Workz is now looking for a customer service representative to our client Team Lines Stockholm, Frihamnen. Team Lines is one of the leading shipping companies in Europe. The company focuses on regional container freight. To staff their customer service, Workz is looking for a co-worker with a interest of the supply chain with start May 2018.
Your work assignments:
• Receiving and inserting export bookings in Octoteam (booking system).
• Collecting and inserting shipment instructions for export bookings.
• Secure that all necessary documentation for both export and import bookings is selected and distributed to the right parties.
• Notifying all consignees of import bookings.
• In cooperation with Supervisor and Capacity Supervisor in Hamburg plan and order the operations in the terminals for own vessels.
• Communicate and transfer information about our bookings to Team lines VSA partners.
• Supply our port agents with all information needed for the clearance of the vessels.
Qualifications:
Work experience as administrator.
Secondary education aimed at administration.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
German is meritorious but there is no requirement
