hela Sverige As an Accounts Payable Analyst at SKF Sweden Country Functions Finance you will be responsible for all banking operations activities, reconciliation of banking transactions to support cash positioning as well as to resolve discrepancies and initiate correction of transactions.
Your day-to-day work
You will act as a liaison between business operations and the Finance department, and also develop and maintain strong relationships with foreign-based Financial Shared Service Centers to ensure alignment with financial targets as well as best practice sharing. Your main duties will also be:
• Perform analysis of accounts payable performance, identify improvement areas and implement actions to ensure that set targets are delivered
• Ensure that period-end tasks within the accounts payable and banking area are performed with quality and in a timely manner
• Reconcile banking transactions to support cash allocation
• Develop and implement analytical tools to measure and improve management of working capital
• Facilitate process improvements and best practice within the accounts payable and banking area
We expect you to have
• Relevant work experience as a Finance business partner, Accounts payable supervisor or bank/Treasury analyst
• Advanced skills in SAP
• Strong knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint applications and in general strong computer knowledge within a multi-system environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including fluency in Swedish and English
• University degree in finance or equivalent is meritorious
• Experience of working in a global organization is a plus
