hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Banctec Aktiebolag i Stockholm This is an exciting opportunity to join the financial team and really make a contribution to the company! You will be supporting the finance team with all kind of accounting tasks, working with colleageus across the globe.
Tasks:
Participate in all daily accounting, from JE postings to contacts with customers and suppliers
Participate in monthly accounting closings and reporting with tight deadlines (local and US GAAP), including reconciliations
Participate in annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Participate and complete Year End Audit - act as coordinator between Auditors and global accounting team for both US GAAP & local accounting
Support in new outsourcing business deals
Formalize procedures for accounting and taxation by following developments in Swedish legislation
Act as bridge between the local onsite team and global accounting team to ensure smooth conduct of business and vendors Management
What kind of person are we looking for?
Essentially we are looking for a committed, confident and ambitious person. The successful candidate will display a strong international operational experience (US & Swedish GAAP environment), autonomy, pragmatism and an ability to maintain good relationships. Rigorous, organized and methodical, and strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
General Accounting and Management Qualifications.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Knowledge of ERP (SAP would be a plus), good proficiency in the use of computer tools, and an advanced level in Excel.
You shall have at least 5-7 years of experience.
We believe you already have an operational experience at an international level, experience with accounting shared services would be appreciated.
