Your tasks:
• You assist with various tasks during the month end close, including accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue reconciliations, cost center analyses, intercompany completeness and accounts payable review for Danish and Swedish entities
• You take full responsibility for the entire accounting activities for our Göteborg and Stockholm shops
• Your assist in the billing process by handling all documents on time, including booking and accounts control
• You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling all incoming request in a timely and professional manner
• You work on both finance and cross-functional ad hoc projects as they arise when it comes to process improvements, automation, cost savings or pushing efficiency gains
Your profile:
• Excellent university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• 1-3 years of accounting or a similar experience
• You've demonstrated aptitude for analytics and exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
• Your workstyle is accurate and structured, combined with a strong commitment and a team-oriented mind-set
• You're comfortable using all MS Office programs, especially Excel (Oracle experience would be a plus)
• Native speaker level in Swedish; Danish, as well as German is a strong plus
