Parts Stock Accounting Controller - Finance and Business Control

The objective of the Finance and Business Control function, KC, is to support and ensure profitable and cost-efficient
business activities within Sales and Marketing (S&M). The department is responsible for the analysis and follow-up of
S&M's global activities, both in Europe as well as other parts of the world. The function comprises several activities
whose duties include controlling, analysis, accounting and reporting as well as inventory records.

Job description
As a Parts Accounting Controller, you will be working mainly with Stock Value reconciliation and valuation for Spare
Parts within S&M. Your main tasks will be :
• Parts Accounting
• Stock Value (Spare Parts) , reconciliation and valuation
• Book Closing
• Reports and Comments
• Daily Analysis as well as Ad Hoc analysis
• Yearly update of Standard prices
• Projection and Forecasts
• Participate in the project for a new Warehouse system (SAP)

We have close cooperation between the groups throughout the KC so that even other accounting jobs may occur.

Since we are in a process of change, the tasks will vary and develop over time. The position gives a successful candidate
a good background for a further development within KC and Scania. You will participate in and contribute to developing
our processes and methods. You will get a chance to gain a good understanding of S&M's business activities and knowledge
of the products we sell. You will be working closely with Scania Parts Center in Opglabbeek in Belgium and Parts Controller
as well as with colleagues within Finance and Business Control function (KC) and you also get into contact with other
departments within S&M.

Your profile
We are looking for an MBA in Economics and Business Administration with a degree concentration in accounting/financial
control or corresponding experience. You are enterprising and analytical, like working with details while at the same time
seeing the whole picture. You enjoy working with others toward common goals and independently manage issues and
work with varying work tasks. You preferably have experience in Oracle Financials and are an adept Microsoft Office user.
Experience in Accounts Payables is useful for Parts Accounting.

Experience in the Hyperion Financial Management for group reporting is meritorious.

You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
