hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-01-10ArbetsuppgifterWe are seeking for an Accounting Business Expert who has experience with SAP. As a Business Expert in the Finance field, your role will involve working in a collaborative team with various skills and expertise. The team's primary objective is to ensure that product development aligns with the business requirements and effectively addresses the concerns of customers and end users in the business.
Your role will involve using your knowledge and experience in accounting and business to assist a product team. You will help the Product Manager in introducing new accounting solutions globally and identifying additional features based on business needs. Additionally, you will assess the practicality and necessities of these solutions. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that IT solutions, processes, and practices are in line with local accounting regulations and principles.
Job Assignments
• Enhance the knowledge and comprehension of the current businesses in the area by analyzing data and user feedback in order to create content that will drive important decisions and initiatives necessary for growth.
• Ensure open and effective communication with all relevant parties involved.
• Assist in establishing criteria for accepting solutions and conducting tests to ensure their effectiveness.
• Support in the preparation of training materials and assist with the training sessions.
• Maintain and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
You possess extensive knowledge and experience in traditional finance and accounting. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in and have successfully worked on solution-oriented projects involving accounting systems like SAP. You have the ability to effectively communicate complex financial, accounting, and SAP-related matters to both the product manager and other members of the product team. Additionally, you are skilled at resolving intricate functional issues within a financial and accounting setting.
You possess the skill to collect, analyze, and comprehend the needs of customers and businesses. You can use this information to develop proposals for business plans and connect them to the value that the product offers in response to identified opportunities in the market. Additionally, you have the confidence to make prompt decisions and assist product managers in determining priorities.
Additionally, we expect that you possess the following qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT Economics, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Accounting.
• A sincere passion for understanding accounting processes from a system standpoint, with prior experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary to effectively document and present design improvements.
• You possess the ability to think strategically, analyze information quickly, and execute tasks efficiently.
• You display leadership qualities and ideally have previous experience in a leadership role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
