Job Summary
We have five Finance operations hubs worldwide at Tetra Pak and one of them is looking for a new colleague, a new shining star!
As our new star as an accounting associate PtP, you will belong to the Finance Operation Hub in Sweden, together with a team of 45 professionals who provide finance operation services to all Nordic entities within Tetra Pak Group.

The right candidate will focus on operational excellence in the delivery of PtP process responsibilities. You will build a deep knowledge of the outputs required and ways of working to deliver these. You will have the vast opportunity to apply your analytical knowledge in bringing improvements to daily operations.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Accountant Associate PtP, you will:
Work in a pooling team together with 5 others
Handle VIM, Vendor invoice Management, for our supplier invoices
Have daily contact with our outsourcing partner Capgemini
Handle queries for payments to suppliers (via Capgemini China)
Monitor and manage accounts payables balances supporting collection from internal and external suppliers
Initiate, adopt and drive continuous improvement through deployment of modern tools or methods: automation, analytics, data modeling, etc.
Be the team-player within PtP team in providing world class service to our stakeholders
We believe you have
At least 2 years of experience (summer or project assignments in case of recent graduates) from similar field (accounts payables, finance, accounting departments or working with data-records)
Excellent knowledge of Excel, experience with any automation tool (Power Automate, Visual Basic, Scripting, etc.) is a clear advantage.
Hands on knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Great English skills and an advantage if you also are fluent in Swedish
