We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities, until our colleague is back from maternity leave. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for registration of invoices, payments, supplier contacts and reconciliation of balance accounts. This position is a Temporary employment to 2024-02-28.
Responsibilities:
• Register invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle payments to suppliers
• Reconcile balance accounts for accounts receivable, accounts payables and other accounts
• Monthly closing and adhoc analysis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Utilize different ERP or AP systems, with Oracle experience being an advantage
• Speak and read/write Swedish fluently
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
