hela Sverige CrossControl is looking for an accounting assistant.
You will, as one in a team, work with various tasks within the company's finance department. The duties will include:
Accounts receivable, establish customer invoices and register payments
Accounting and supporting project managers with documentation
Account reconciliations and participation in month and year endings, as well as being involved in the development of processes and routines in the finance department.
Competence and experience
You maintain a high level of service and you will have a broad network of contacts, both internally with employees in the company and externally towards customers and suppliers.
We are looking for you who have upper secondary education with some additional education in accounting. If you have worked for a couple of years within accounting with various tasks, we see it as a merit. The work requires you to be analytical and easy to collaborate with and also like to maintain a high level of service.
Merit if you have:
Worked with Monitor before
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Good knowledge of English as we have foreign owners, customers and suppliers
